Pulp Making System
The waste paper will be put into the hydrapulper and it will be smashed and mixed with water to become pulp, then the pulp come
into pulp tanks after filtered by the vibration screen, we equipped the refiner to grind the pulp to get the better pulp.

Working principle of egg tray forming machine:
Water paper and water added into the pulper, then delivered to the slurry storage tank, using blender to stirring pulp uniform and delivered to the slurry tank, stirring the pulp to a certain concentration delivered to the molding machine, producing the egg tray, then transport to the drying hole by conveyor belt, after the egg tray drying, finally closed care and package it.
